Three Sisters Farm is a working farm. Guests should expect natural farm conditions, including:

• Uneven ground

• Grass, dirt, and gravel surfaces

• Livestock and farm equipment

• Outdoor sights, sounds, and smells

• Visitors assume responsibility for navigating the farm environment safely

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless specifically noted for an event.

• Food and beverage vendors may be available during select events.

• Alcohol is permitted only when explicitly allowed and managed by approved vendors.

• Seasonal sporting and outdoor events (including but not limited to dove hunts, endurance events, or group activities) are limited and offered on a case-by-case basis.

• Participants may be required to sign additional waivers or agreements.

• Age restrictions and safety requirements may apply.

• Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event page.

• Missed events, late arrivals, or changes in personal schedules do not qualify for refunds.

• In the event an event is canceled by Three Sisters Farm, ticket holders will be notified with available options.
